This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions related to fees paid for our courses, programs, and educational services.We establish this policy while keeping the interests of our students and transparency as our top priorities. Any refund request will be reviewed and decided based on the student's circumstances and the information provided during the verification process.
1. Admission Fee & Course Fee
Once a student takes admission in any course, program, or service offered by Ikayi Brahmshala (IBS), the paid fee will be considered as confirmation of enrollment. The refund of fees will be processed only according to the conditions mentioned in this policy.
2. Non-Refundable Fee
The following fees are generally non-refundable:
- Admission/Registration fee after confirmation of admission.
- Course fee after access to classes, study materials, online resources, or other facilities has been provided.
- Fees paid for special programs, workshops, seminars, or events after confirmation.
- Refunds will not be applicable in cases where a student voluntarily discontinues the course after attending classes or accessing learning resources.
- Fees paid using promotional offers, scholarships, discounts, or special concessions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the management.
- Charges paid for printed study materials, certificates, ID cards, uniforms, or other physical items (if issued) are non-refundable.
- Convenience charges, payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes, or other third-party transaction fees are non-refundable where applicable.
- Failure to attend classes, poor academic performance, change of personal schedule, relocation, or change of career plans shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
- Suspension or cancellation of admission due to violation of institute rules, misconduct, submission of false information, or disciplinary action shall not entitle the student to any refund.
- Any fee specifically declared as "Non-Refundable" at the time of admission or payment shall remain non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment due to technical issues.
- Payment made but admission/service is not confirmed due to an issue from the institution's side.
- The course, batch, or program is cancelled by Ikayi Brahmshala (IBS) before commencement.
- A payment is received in excess due to a technical or administrative error by the institution.
- The student is charged more than the officially prescribed fee because of a verified billing error.
- Any refund required under applicable law or a competent authority's direction, where applicable.
- Any other genuine and exceptional reason approved by the management after verification.
Approval of any refund request shall remain solely at the discretion of Ikayi Brahmshala (IBS) management after reviewing the request, supporting documents, payment records, and all relevant circumstances.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind, personal circumstances, financial difficulties, relocation, lack of attendance, dissatisfaction after joining, or voluntary discontinuation of the course after access to classes, study materials, or other learning resources has been provided.
4. Refund Request Process
Students who wish to request a refund must contact the institute through the official communication channels and provide:
- Student name
- Registered mobile number/email
- Course details
- Payment details
- Reason for refund request
The request will be reviewed after verification.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method or another suitable mode decided by the institution.The actual time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution processing time.
6. Transfer of Course
Course transfer or batch change requests may be considered according to institute rules and availability. Such requests do not guarantee a refund.
7. Policy Changes
Ikayi Brahmshala (IBS) reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy whenever required. Any changes will be updated on this official website.
